Simple but sweet. Was pondering on getting an external audio device, but realized all I really need is a physical audio knob to control my volume and just keep my PCI internal audio card. So I got this cool little knob by TC Electronic. It's perfect. The Tannoy Monitors have never done me wrong. Don't feel like any other upgrades are needed or additional hardware. Got everything I need. Oh...And I forgot to include my Seinheisser headphones......HD 598

I probably will switch out the Babyface for an RME UCX because although I am not recording bands right now, I do need the extra two preamps in addition to the Tonebeast and the Daking to open up my choices like capturing mid-side on an acoustic with an additional vocal mic. Living where I do the UCX is like 400 bucks cheaper than in the USA. I have been threatening this for a while now but haven't yet gotten there. Hey buddy, can you spare a dime? But really, I feel blessed to have what I do and am thankful for for my ability to feed my family and have some left over for my expensive love/hobby.
edit: A cherry Ibanez J540 ST jumbo acoustic and a badly beaten but repairable Westone Thunder III.
