Good thread. I love see girls kicking ass on guitar or drums, listen to a good female vocal. It's great. I love women taking the initiative, I'm not against it.

People got me wrong or it was me not explaining things more clearly. I don't have a problem with women showing both their skills and beauty to some extent. It's enjoyable to watch. I just find it funny when they blatantly use their sexuality and sell their sexual appeal, yet when we try to evaluate them as sexual objects, as they sell themselves at times, they blame us for being sexist. I find it extremely contradictory and unnatural. I think, if you sell your sex, then sell your sex, don't play Cindirella. You're not.

Speaking of men in the same context, to be fair, I have to say that I didn't like it when RHCP showed their nudity on screen. It was completely unnecessary for a great and talented band like RHCP. I think if you rock your musical instrument pretty hard and you are a pro at what you do, nudity is unnecessary no matter if it's women or men. I hope I made myself clear this time.

One thing I feel is true.. I could be wrong.. women do seem to have it easier than men these days.. if only because men
are portrayed everywhere as oppressors, rapists, dolts, and grown up little boys

while women can do virtually whatever they want and be praised...and paid... just my take as a guy in the USA... I wonder

I think i know why threads like this often go into a twilight zone direction here.

I do not mean any disrespect, NONE whatsoever, but the only women I have ever seen complain about how OTHER women who dress sexy, are so damn ugly that you can tell it is based on pure jealousy, and that they cannot wear clothes like that themselves without looking like something that has been launched in to space. Or they are lesbians in which case all bets are off.
