Dont bite the hand that feeds you. Respect yourself your craft and the work of others. The software community made it possible to record an album on your laptop. If you want to make sure there is a future version of the software you are using . buy the software you use. It.s the smart thing to do.

And on another note thanks AudioZ ;-)

Well, I have collected some VSTis which I open once a month for two minutes, dial in a preset, resample that and use it. Should I buy those as well? Same goes for sample CDs - should I buy if I use one sample out of hundreds? Not sure, had to be filthy rich to do so...

I only need my car once a week, so can I get one for free?

Is this new ethics? If I don't use it properly, I don't have to pay? Is there a maximum? Do you pay for a vsti when you use it, let's say, twice a month?

Everything installed on my music production pc is paid for.

I agree with this. The "try before buy" is what I believe in. I buy the synth and soundbanks I use the most as soon as I can afford them. For example I discovered the AcousticSamples Kawai Ex Pro on AudioZ and bought it after (62€ during christmas sale), because I've tried all the pianos here and made my choice, now I don't use the other ones anymore. I bought the Cakewalk Z3ta 1 (19,99€) and 2 (39€) because of the excellent prices reductions they sometimes do, and I bought the IL Toxic Biohazard after trying it here because it's cheap for its quality (I paid 88.86€ exactly, far below most of the crappy synths I know). My next purchases will be for Tone2 and u-He, these are the synths I like most (uHe Ace is a great deal !). If all the editors could make an effort and make commercial operations sometimes, this world would be perfect. For me AudioZ is the way to discover everything and make a true choice, and I thank the team for that.

So if you buy it all why are you on a warez site?!

Maybe the software creators should provide limited licenses, like a demo but full functionality for a set period of time, so you can sample the shit out of it then decide if you need a full license or not.

They were a symbol for archers who got away from jail in the medieval days they would get there archery fingers taken off taking there skill away but later on winston churchill adopted it to symbolise victory but i just use it to stain the brain with peace most parts of the world could do with a lot of it right now you know.

However, this is not a warez site.
You're not allowed to post links or request any sort of warez.

So... No, this is not a warez site.
And besides, buying the soft you use is the right thing to do.
Downloading it illegally from the net it's kinda study A LOT of electronics, go to an audio store and then sit next to a hardware synth, take a screwdriver, open it, examine the circuits and stuff, take some notes and pictures, and then go to radioshack or whatever and make an exact copy of it for less than a half of the actual price. But of course, you wouldn't do it, because you could get in trouble, or just because you don't want, or whatever.
With warez it's the same, but the difference it's that you don't have to pay anything for the product.

So, if you support warez, I recommend you to study electronics and go and make an exact copy of a Juno, or M-Audio Venom, or something...

On a side note, the teams who crack the software take the time to open the soft, study it, and then understand how does it work and how and where the activation/protection happens and how to avoid it. Then they just null it. So, yes, it's a hard work too. And they say 'remember if you use the software, BUY IT!!'. So exactly HOW ON EARTH do you support warez if you don't do what the people who make what you support asks you to do?

@Dreadlock: most of the developers give a demo, or trial version. So you can decide if you want it or not. You can always find a way of sampling the demo software's output. However, many software licenses don't allow you to sample what the soft outputs (I mean for making samples cds and stuff).

@Hebrew: Why? I mean... Really... Why? Do you ever have the time to use ALL of it? You start learning to use a new software vst or whatever and then download another and then start learning how to use a new software vst or whatever and then download another and then start learning how to use a new software vst or whatever and then download another and then start learning how to use a new software vst or whatever and then download another and then start learning how to use a new software vst or whatever and then download another and then start learning how to use a new software vst or whatever and then download another and then start learning how to use a new software vst or whatever and then download another and then start learning how to use a new software vst or whatever and then download another...
Why don't you just sit back and master a software so you can be sure that you can do something unique with that soft? It's kind of your sound signature or something...

    Nothing more to say...
Oh, sorry, i forgot... download another and then start learning how to use a new software vst or whatever and then...
    Just kidding...

    Cheers!
    Have a nice day

I've been wrz free for about 8 months.

Bought everything I used, completely blacklisted several Companies/Products because of poor quality in 70% of what's coming out now a days. I haven't even gotten anything from AuZ because nothing really good has come out in awhile that was worth the dl to try.

Many good points by Von Miller. Only thing I disagree with is the "demo" thing. But mostly because they don't "demo" Kontakt Libraries and the higher end synth plug-ins. Which means it's a complete surprise what you're getting. Like Symphonia II. Completely worthless for the money IMO, and they used the name of their original product to sell this overpriced "add on". Point is with a demo of that I would have tested it for 10 minutes, laughed and saved a few hundred bucks.
