It does NOT have the required warmth, but you can tweak and or put some FX after it.

 

I actually think it is a preset sound from Broken Wurli (Sonicoture). There might be a transient enhancer on it. It's heavily compressed aswel. But there's many AU's and VST's that will get you this almost DX7 kinda Rhodes.
