expecially because e u r playing a keyboard instrument everything u say is wrong,as a mattter of fact every harmony book suggests the reader to use a keyboard instrument. But again,u just keep on looking for justifications and shortcuts.I wish I could say i m done with u,and i wish i was,but im too tempted to read all the crap u write and since it always drives me mad with its nonsense,i can t keep myself from replying. Are u sure u want to make music?have u ever thought about djing?they think they are musicians and when they go to work to a club they say they r laying,it s quite disappointing, but at least for they own sake they dont know all the rules that u refuse to study, maybe that s the path for u

There is not a unique solution for every problem. I want not to forget what I have learned. Every person uses his/her method for memorizing. Memorizing is not necessarily learning. It just helps you to better deal with future leanings.

Why do you just keep yours in a black box and do not talk about them? Suppose you're my master and want to teach me how to memorize.

    Start form intervals please!

u r the one who has to learn, and the only way to do it is reading them and learning them and then learning how many tones and semitones take to make a given interval, then u write pages and pages of questions like "wht is the major third of D? ,or A is the perfect fifth of what?
then fucking practice those intervals on your keyboard and sing them because if u dont sing them u r a moron, since that s the way to recognize them. And if they r difficult to memotrize, associate them to famous songs, that s what everyone does.
But i know u wont do that, u prefer wasting time theorizing crap that u dont know

    Please read this first:

A lot of loop-based dance music does not modulate because it relies upon repetition and processes of buildup and breakdown using the same basic material, so contrast is obtained in the music through these processes of building up and breaking down.

    .
    1- Do you accept it?
2- Do we really need modulation in EDM or similar genres?
3- Do you use modulation at all?

Any comment would be appreciated. Not about the modulation techniques but just its uses.

If dance music never looped you'd be hard pushed to be able to dance to it. As I said before it's more about rhythms than anything else.
