Your company is a little bit different by Sknote but both hate video (...Quinto Sardo less than you). I suppose your marketing staff is not so busy. Can I suggest you to pay MixbusTV (YouTube) to produce your video?

Maybe because their stuff are optimized for high-end computer (Emerald, Navy, Scarlet... all high-end).

this is the cost we afford as company.
Each new plugin needs several new implementations, we are extending nebula capabilities. 3rd party developers have way less costs, and they have access to a good but previous tech.

New engine is zero latency, but it has a cost on cpu.

We spend a lot on marketing, but it is a not conventional one. Just download the white or emerald user manual. They have a cost.

 

Did you pay to have that video produced?

Just like movie trailers, I personally like to watch plugin trailers too. I don't really get why there are so many strong and negative reactions to this one in particular. It ain't all that and a bag of chips. Just a little teaser. Not a Nazi Party recruitment video. A plugin teaser video. I smell sheeple...

 

For what it's worth I loved it. I thought it was hilarious. Spoofing the world of over-hyping teasers is appreciated. And a plugin company that has a bit of a sense of humor about their marketing is refreshing.

Could you just do a little re-edit where Steven Slate pops out of that Eqyption sarcophagus and does a little "Walk Like an Eqyptian" dance? I'm sure that would tickle all these teaser grinches.

I agree, some people need to stop H8tin and start celebr8in - it's still Christmas for at least another month guys. They need to have a drink and stop whinging about unimportant sh*t! Maybe write some 'actual music' with their billions of free plugins..? That might make them feel less grouchy...

Paying someone for producing a "sarcastic" video makes no sense. It is much better use the money to develop something else which is cheap for who (like me) has not a high-end computer.

Each product has a different language. Sometimes we are serious, sometimes sarcastic, sometimes just ironic, sometimes old fashion. Download one of our user manuals. In latest one there is a christmas tale! We have so much fun creating a product and its history. Eurotrash in this case added a good trailer, it completes our national-geographic-egypt user manual quite a lot.

Please accept my apologies. I have no doubt that your plug ins are exceptional, it was just the most irrelevant video for a plug in I have ever witnessed.
