I don't base my Christmas on how much or how little warez was released, it makes no difference to me in the grand scheme of things. I ate too much, drank too much, and today I feel like lying down a lot. That's a good Christmas.

Hey dipshit - Soundtoys is doing a charity initiative where you can pay what you want for a 'Little' plugin. Pay $1 for a plug, get $50 off the bundle. I got the bundle for $300, which really isn't that much money for 17 plugins or whatever it is.

When I was really broke, I couldn't picture spending $300 on plugins. But even then it was unfathomable to be such a self centered little shit as to believe that anyone should cater to what I want. I just really don't get it. And this place is (or at least used to be) full of truly gentle people. I'm not one. I'm loud, obnoxious, foul mouthed, aggressive, etc etc. But I'm still not that much of an asshole.





Finally, I don't expect anyone from a team has read any of this thread. If they have, they stopped when parasites started redirecting the conversation. But this is without a doubt the biggest event I've ever witnessed in my relatively short time following the warez scene. Big ups and massive thanks to those brilliant bastards from all the teams who are good enough to give some folks a chance to truly try things for free.

It's merely an observation because it was in the last year that I realized I spent too much time watching AudioZ for releases and not enough time composing music. I managed to empty and delete more than 3 TB of software from my hard drives and only keep the stuff the had a purpose. I realized I was hoarding to "try stuff out"... who the fuck was I kidding?
Great question indeed......seems you need to dedicate more time to meditation, rather than composing music or watching warez sites, but looking at your following statement seems also that you can have time enough to do everything. The time you spent to do this post seem confirm this too....

Since this realization... my music is all over American TV (more and more internationally too) and I'm seeing my BMI royalty statements triple every quarter (in this last year anyway).
Lucky (and surely talented) guy....but what has this to do with the subject, and above all, who cares?

I have all you useless leeches to thank for this... as I was disgusted by the whole "take, take, take" and constant demand with no supply. So much so, that I started to supply the things I was buying to give back to the community only to see the same leeches sucking the web sauce from the virtual "love tube" (which is AudioZ). So now... I give, but directly to the teams... because they are a giving bunch and deserve more respect for the work they do... THEY are the one's that should make the money... not the "dealers".
mmmmm...., don't tell me that in the past you've never been a nice leecher too; everyone should remember before making morality on others that the risk is to find someone holier than you, above all if there is no sure proof of what was claimed to have done. All this sounds anyway a bit out of tune if targeted at a warez site . And let me say, there are many different type of "dealers", probably you don't spend so much time on audioz

I also miss Catalyst because the leash he had on this wild animal is now sorely missed. I certainly wish AudioZ the best for 2016... but it's not looking good at the moment. I also hope that I am VERY wrong in my assertion... only time will tell.
If you want to make things better, I do not understand why mention those who are no longer in place of those that remain...... nostalgic .....? Stockholm syndrome.....? Catalyst was a nice guy who forgot to be just an employee at a site owned by others .... most of us know what it means to be employed, someone, sometimes, forgets it: we know what's the result. In any case, if time will tell bad things about Audioz, you will find many alternatives already available, following the road of many audioz old-goers.

Just one man's opinion (mine) because I'm entitled to it.
Respect ; cannot say the same of mine, I doubt everything and everybody......

 

The "me" generation really showed their asses this year.

 

But those 4 macs are in the STUDIO, not at home.... studio with cracked plugins...

Now I have the full Symphony Strings Ensemble from NI, it was the best christmas on Audioz.

Anyhow, yeah its crazy... hell yeah I wish all the audio-utopia stuff was released for Mac... but I know how "it" goes. You dont just push a "2nd red-button" and... POOF!!.. now Mac-users have cracks... and, I have seen it happen quite a few times where us Mac-users get hookt-the-fuk up from Hexwars (and you KNOW that's never Win :D)... so, at the very least, it's the Mac-users turn to get jonesed!! :D

 

I am pretty sure it will happen the SAME DAY MAC USERS WILL DO THE SAME TO WIN USERS but that day will never happen because Mac users think they are superior to win users (and hey i have both a mac and a pc)
