That's the only way to put the forum back on track.
I remember a couple years ago discussing wares were prohibited.. And requesting was and should be a big no no.. Immediate ban should be implemented.

 

Also to consider-
Restrict creating new forum thread for maybe 2 days for new members..
Only installation or working issues of wares can be discussed but not anything further than that..
etc..

Discussing warez I think its okay. But requesting - a ban no warnings- a ban.

I know AS and AZ are very connected in as much as Saint daddies them both ... but man the bickering in here is getting worse by the day ... don't you think its time to separate the two projects maybe introduce an attached forum in AZ and keep AS strictly music ...no warez allowed I think warez chat in here ruins a lot of good will and creates a lot of ill intent ..

on a serious note, banning without a warning is not a good plan.

It's not so smart to think that only less decent persons do not read the rules before posting.
97% of the people click agree on a agreement without reading so how is that a solution?

I think that in the first place this should be handled by people who can keep calm,
deleting the content of the message and decently warn true pm

topics like this are part of the problem, people responding on this requests are 100 times more annoying and unwelcoming
for newbies

 

I dont think we need to get to the banning right now just an agreence that we should keep this separate then take it from there

If the rules have to be read before registering theres no reason not to ban people who break those rules... and then... continue to antagonize.

 

Immidiate banning will restore some order in this place. No mercy..
Even if the spammer or troll creates new account he would not be able to post topics in 2 days and by that time hopefully will lose interest in spamming/trolling..

 

the board rules are enforced by mods. The rules are strict and sensible by my opinion.
why not opt for more moderators?

No need for members to take that role end get all worked op as if it is their problem??

I think a pm with big red letters should be intriguing enough. And would make them think about doing that again.

They have personal lives too.. So members should also contribute to the forum regulations from time to time just to make mods lives easier..

agreed that moderators are indeed not payed employees, but since the cat debacle we slung down a little.
with the class wars disappearing we have been less surveillance d then before.

For that kudos for us (to be on a positive note)
But I really think more moderators has to be assigned. but I also understand why saints hesitates to do that.

It even could be a slung down version of moderation to only be allowed editing others post only for the purpose of cleaning up.
Cutting the text while editing replacing it with an "-", and pasting it under a warning massage and sending it on pm

 

Wares discussion was not allowed a couple years back on Audiosex..
But its also understandable that people having problems with installation would be in a dead end with that..
But for immediate restoration of law and order at Audiosex the only option is to ban requests, discussing wares and mentioning AudioZ here in this place..
That's it.. Meanwhile mods could come up with creative ideas as to how they would solve the issue..
