I know, mate! it's been ages... sorting lots of work and busy with the family. I haven't made music in bloody ages, but I hope that'll change soon.
I am also hoping I'll be more active here. Loving all the metal posts!

hi..well its only one list, i always search on google, never find a decent list of this ´´metal list VSTi`` well i make one here. :)

hi...i dont undestand, its sometinhk miss? well i Dont use loop not even, i dont knows nothing about LOOP, i thing its the most NO /(Without) creativity, or uncreative, unimaginative, and anti-composition anti-songwriten. but a lot of people use it. that's why there are so many.

Great thread. I've actually rekindled my interest in VSTi for metal guitars recently. I've been checking out the Ample Sound Eclipse. This is basically my actual guitar--I even tune to Drop C lol.

ps:: i need to add. some more that i find. (need time)

yeah !!! :headbang::metal:real eight by (MusicLab ) its GREAT guitar, its a great gui, you can handle everything, pick position, and a lot to do with, i like a LOT, so configurable and.... but* (only 1 gb of sampler, and no round robin ) = :( but YEAH !!!! real 8 = its TOP, top.. top ONE.

man.. i tried, and i tried, Ample Sound Eclipse (ame2), i DONT like it, sound UGLY, palmutes i dont like it, tremolo it to sistematic/robotic, i have a great desilution with.

varius guitar that i post here HAVE drope ´´C ´´ exp: studio major 7 (KMG7) ={ http://s-major7th.wix.com/major7th#!kontakt---kmg7/gjt4l } FREE ONE, it really GOOD!!!! :guru: its one of MY actual guitar.

Can i, could i , should i attempt to make a metal track from the box ?

Im an enthusiast of the box.

Thank you so much to point out what the box can offer in order to show my pride against my neighbours!

Im going to project my jaw a bit further and no fear to any middle finger stiffness ...

In all fairness, I've yet to hear ANY VSTi that even comes close to the palm mutes of an actual guitar being played by someone who doesn't suck. I've tried Real Eight, and personally, I think AME2 is a bit better. But, sadly, I'm kind of disappointed by both.

That's a fact. We never will. Buy still you can have a lot of fun with virtual guitars.

Shreddage VG are the ones with more palm muted powerchords round robins (up to 8). I chatted once with the author of this video and he told me that was the reason Shreddage was the best for for fast palm muted rhythms.

At the time of this video there were no Ample Sound or Musiclab virtual metal guitars.
