As the idea I submit in the ambient album thread, why don't you proceed by vote.
Elected tracks win to be part of the album and unselected ones, could be gathered on the OP page of this thread or on a especially created one. In this way, they could stay listenable and be commented by everyone. thus nothing get lost.

my last message got lost with the update so I'll just quickly write up a summary.
I think many of you agree with me with postponing the realization of this project to next year, preferably first half of January. I mean holiday season is almost here and it'd seem unwise to rush it.

 

Is there any update on this btw? I just got my tune finished! :P

 

I think it's time to give this project a go, but I need more people on the staff.

• Someone to make an artwork
• Someone to make album mix
• Someone to handle administration tasks (collecting tracks from users, I still have to think about where to put them)
  
• And someone else as adviser, mainly to exchange opinions about tracks and their order in final product.

While I'd appreciate support from guys doing ambient collab album, it could be probably too much for you to handle two project at once. Not saying I won't accept your help, just please give it a though first.

Considering physical release brought rather losses, this time it'll be digital only.

 

Maybe it's an idea to contact Mulperi (Mika Lakanen), this musician have produced excellent albums, such "Maximum Velocity" (one track named "Stellar Sunset" is chill/ambient style). Okay it's just an idea...
