Yeah I was told that is a German word. You'll be a kapellmeister one day, I was, for one day! The titles are auto assigned based on likes you receive.

I too am still up for that one. I have a track or two to contribute, myself. Also, I am an experienced graphic design artist as well - just to through that one out there if needed. You shan't have any problem finding art though. The first album's artwork was pretty badass so I'd look to the user who depicted that "thingie" - you know, the sexually indulged ladybot laying on the floor in some intimately-suggesting posture?

Also, the ambient album (or EP we havent decided yet), is going to be a seperate project from Audiosexed album, so it doesn't have the whole audiosex theme to it. It's more about atmospheric ambient vibes.

I'd love to see u contribute and make some artwork for it...

Do you wanna help with managin the album? Arctic needs someone who's a little free enough to organise shit... I can help too we just need a few people :P

I sure do! I'm not 100% free, but as we speak, I am free enough to organize shit for the album. I also knew it was independent from the Audiosexed album, and I voted on the polls in there as well. I knew about it all along.
Can I make artwork? I can help with that. But right now I cannot use photoshop on my mac since I used OpenSSH's cracks for eventide plugins, which I use frequently but cannot afford right now. I guess the system modifications he allowed render Adobe products unusable so therefore I have no photoshop on my mac as we speak. Sucks, but I'd rather have some eventide plugins than my adobe products.
Aside from that, I can and would be flattered to help out with the album.

 

cool, we can organise the artwork and stuff later, but you can definately do it if you want to. And you can definately help out in any way...

Just hook up with Arctic in the original thread and we'll get a list of people and set some easy rulez...

I'm sorry I couldn't reply sooner due to personal problems, this comment I do hope will help clear the confusion:

There's no limit on track length, it won't be fair to limit individual expression through these means.

You cannot use something from your collection - it has to be fresh. To set bar exactly right, anything older than 1st December 2015 should not be used.

Any genre is accepted

Only single track per person will be accepted.

Please don't abuse the limiter, final tracks will be mastered in a way not to cause volume disturbances between tracks. (Hopefully I'm find someone up to the job)

Tracks have to be submitted in 24bit lossless format. Whether you use compressed container (FLAC, WavPack, APE, WMA-Lossless) or uncompressed (WAV, AIFF), that's up to you.

Deadline will be announced in few days (hopefully), after there's enough people on the staff:

Agree with everything else but maybe this one needs a bit more thought.

I don't see anything good coming from that, not for the creators neither to the end result (and the listeners). Specially now that there are more than 50 users willing to participate.

 

@kouros - Last time we had about 40% of users that really sent their track, but I do get your point. Perhaps we should set upper limit, but fairly high not to be limiting factor. 7-8 minutes, maybe?
