    You must make a question mark (one is enough), not exclamation marks, then it is a correct sentence.
    Besides that, you don't have to use capitals, we are perfectly able to read it written normally.

    So, it goes like this:

    (You will notice I inserted a "the". Makes the question even more correct for me.)

    Ah, before I forget: affect and effect are not the same thing.

    Not, they would probably throw them back at me, and revoke my membership. LOL
