    Surprisingly, I don't think there's a thread about this on AudioSex (and if there is and I couldn't find it, apologies).

    Saw Japanese band Mono at the Electric Ballroom last night, excellent stuff. Played this new song, which won't be everyone's cup of tea, but seeing and hearing it live was intense.

    Foo Fighters w/Gary Clark Jr about a month ago on the "Broken Leg Tour"! Before that McCartney and before that Springsteen. Is my age and musical taste showing?

    My latest (not last) was the actual Foo Fighters show where Dave broke his leg (in Gothenburg). Damn, it was a good one!

    edit: I was named after Paul McCartney by my parents.

    @Baxter : You had to wait awhile on Dave's return to that show. The Throne he sits on now is crazy. Your parents named you McCartney?

    I actually left because I thought there was going to be a riot (they had played 2 songs). But the hotel that we stayed at was right next to the arena, and had its window overlooking the arena, so we heard that they were playing again and we could hear Dave's voice...so we ran back and they let us in again. We missed 2 songs I think. By then he was both high on morphine and shaking/freezing from shock, but in a very good mood. I'm sure there are quite a few video clips from that show. It was awesome!

    Lol, no. They didn't name me McCartney. They named me Paul. Haha.

    Last week I saw Warren Haynes' more folky side on his "Ashes and Dust" album tour.

    Next up will be Ott with the live band (Ott & The All-Seeing I) next Thursday in London. I've heard him play a cpl live sets and a dj set before, but first time for me with the full band. Dub-ilicious <3

    Knee and the Thralls. That was 487,000 years ago before they broke up. I was heartbroken when it happened. Good ol' Ugg insisted on more chest pounding while oombabeeblerbung insisted on more melody from the hollow log. Sadly they did not reach an agreement and they split up. So I spend the next 206 years going to clubs to watch woolly mammoths wiggle their ass in my face while I drank Lava to get my mind off of it. Then recently I heard that Ugg died from a chest pounding overdose while writing his comeback smash hit "Ugga ooka ooka eeka acky bleeblerdumglerbleeebunga unga..... Oof". Forensic evidence has it he was found clutching the stone tablet from which he carved the song onto. Then it arrived to me that none of this actually happened and I'm just torched out on LSD.

    Lmao. :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

    Laibach, this summer. I suppose I'm ageing well, then? :rofl: I actually don't go to concerts very often because I choose only the bands I really like and are worth seeing live. Laibach is one of them. Other bands that I saw live include Depeche Mode, Skinny Puppy, Underworld, Covenant, Rammstein...

    Cheers :mates: !

    i hate to answer this question in a 3rd world country u.u.... last band i saw live??? well, if the questions its focused to big bands, may i say metallica with mastodon, the last time they visit venezuela, and that was years ago (like 4 or more). great concert, great sound, great bands... but due to the hard recesion, the strictly control of dollars in venezuela by the fucking comunist goiverment, dressed of a fake "socialism", where none of them know even the meaning of the "socialism" word, right now we dont have the oportunity to see even a justin beibers (idk if its well writed, and honestly i dont care xD) concert... only locals bands, still kicking ass the locals, but i dream to live in a place where festivals are made with a lot of huge bands, like rock in rio for example...

    A band I really wish I'd seen: Velvet Underground. (Too late now.)
