Probably, sending the link (if still exist) directly to Timeworks will be enough. If Bazil has already deleted it (cause I'm sure he is following this subject), we still have the evidence. I mean, many of us have "Printscreened" the image and saved it to Office Word or whatever (you can also tell them to page through THE BEAT PRODUCTION BIBLE - HIP HOP BEAT PRODUCTION £9.99). I guess, this is all that Timeworks needs to have. They'll take care of the rest!

PS: Though I doubt that he owns more than two pennies. But the legal harassment will be more than enough to put him out of business!

Isn't a great free advertising for Sonic Timeworks to be named as a "reference" in a book ?

 

It's a whole new ballgame when you start to use copyright infringements as a tool to generate personal wealth for yourself, at the expense of a competing business.

 

I would imagine that having your product displayed illegally in a publication with the name of a hacking group emblazoned on it would have exactly the opposite effect! It has caused untold levels of brand damage to the Timeworks product, not withstanding the fact that if you wanted to enter into such an agreement, then you would follow the correct legal and commercial procedures.

You also have to take into account the fact that the SampleCraze company also produce sample CD's, which are heavily reliant on sound shaping through the use of various effects. Who knows how deep these copyright infringements go? What we do know is that Mr Bazil has made a great deal of money out of infringing the copyrights of other companies.

 

that's sad isn't it ? Those sort of half claims ... everything I do it's right , even when it's wrong , while mr. Bazil keeps not looking so hard after his own infringements , it called my attention that one of the biggest problems for him was to have his treats over SAiNT published , that's a quite a gangster thing isn't it ? Private treatenings..... *no*

Some people are more wrong than others. The main caveat is don't do any commercial activity with this kind of software. When legitimate income streams are flowing the revenues needs to be shared around

I wonder, how stupid one must be, to publish screenshots where you can see that the software used is pirated?
The same with the "producers" using pirated stuff in tutorial vids. Unbelievable
