wrong not about Spitfire purchases anymore . which well known Teams you are refferring too , MAGNETRiXX which has bought their Spitfire releases whit stolen credit cards ? and do you think that some developer don´t have do anything against it ?
its even hard sometimes for legit customer to buy there stuff .

you don´t want be the guy which wants the risk and if that happen to deal with Spitfire and the Laws . and you don´t know those people which you say trustworthy in real live too , you just "see" them behind the screen and never know whats really behind this screen . again if this happen that it hits the net do you really think that the other people are helping you do deal with ?

You're absolutely right, I do not want the risk. And yes I don't know who's behind Spitfire, mostly.
However consider this - all SF people claims to be composers. I bet they have lots of time chasing those nasty group buyers, pressing international charges over international court, with a country that's not part of EU over ONE purchase that is suspicious looking. Not to mention the defendant party has about zillion ways to deny the charges from stolen CC, stolen identity, stolen mobile phone, ...

If they did, well that would say a lot about them - and in the end could lose more customers, due to caring more about protection than the products themselves.
Yes, some devs went this far, and most of them are bankrupt now.

Sure one thing is when things leak public. But 100% private group buy is safe.

If I were on their place, I would be grateful, that they've found at least some way to support my products. :mates:
