I think what we need is something akin to a "blacklist" or "residents only" forum section for discussions either here or at audioz where there is less chance of pollution.

 

Actually this is a site where we are free to discuss warez. Nobody put up any links right?

That's why it's better to not discuss these sorts of things especially before it's released. I thought that was common sense people.

And what would be the requirement to get access to such a forum (section)? The troll in question in this thread is longer than one year registered and has over 30 messages so he might have access to such a forum, too. And if he didn't maybe you wouldn't have access as well (judgeing by post count/time registered)

Yeah sure but that doesn't really feel like a forum anymore. Nice for conversations with certain individuals, but not for open discussions.

Just navigate to the forum section that you want to post in. You can either click on the AudioSex logo to take you to the board list and click the section or you can hit the grid button and an overlay will come up with the board list and other locations of interest. Once in said section, hit the Post New Thread button in the upper right or lower right.

unless you have a G5 forget it, I've tried with my macbook & Mac Mini. My PC smokes them both.

Some good points, but the audioz res chat codes are a wee bit cumbersome to use and I find the whole threads still get polluted with angry callers. What I wish is that the sort of generalized chat that happens here at audiosex could also be available in some form at audioz where the main residents could discuss things more openly. All the anger sometimes kills it. As it is it seems like some of what is posted at audiosex really belongs somewhere over at audioz and vica versa. Personally I like to talk more about the plugin for instance and less about the team fights and whatnot. But to me the best place to talk about the plugs would be the audioz threads. I'm probably not making sense. Maybe there is no perfect answer. I just feel like we are somehow missing out on some good conversations sometimes because it isn't entirely clear where the appropriate place to have them is and then enevitably the trolls pop up with the crazy shit.
