Because this is a Rompler not a synth, with a pre-made library as a sound source. You can only modulate, filter, arpeggiate, and add fx... that's all.
If you call that "tweaking a synth"...you have never touched Zebra 2, or Diva... well...whatever...

 

I tried zebra it's good , well i never tried diva to many synths out there can't win them all :dancing:

UNIX is an OS standard. (essentially a toolchain, a binary format, and several other concept (like "everything is a file"), and right management on the system).
FreeBSD is one UNIX version (there's plenty and most are proprietary (such as Solaris, HPUX, ...)
MacOS X is almost one other UNIX version. (<--- not ALL the Unix concepts apply to MacOS)
MacOS isn't based off linux. AT ALL : It's a totally different architecture. (Linux is a monolithic modular kernel, Darwin (OSX kernel totally unrelated to Linux) is a microkernel).
MacOS X does carry the FreeBSD toolchain (ie. grep, vim, ls, ping, ps, ... most stuff you'll run from terminal which are installed by default)
Linux can read as : "Linux is not unix". Linux is just a kernel. It's a rewrite of Minix. Which was a UNIX version, aimed to education running on PCs)

 

If Nexus 2 does get released, it would be good for mac users to finally stop people whinging and whining and crying for it. lol....I won't be in a hurry to download it though as Omnisphere and Serum and even Sylenth kicks the crap out of it in every way shape and form.
I have a paid copy I bought cheap of ebay with a few expansions. Honestly I never ever reach for it. But on the bright side 1 million kids will finally be able to sleep at night! Ha ha.

 

Sort of the same problem I have on my Omni 2 sometimes. I'm getting used to a naming workflow where the patch name is part of the track name. Only trouble is if you adjust the preset a bit and don't save it, there is no way to really remember what you changed.

 

Nexus is sooo lame. Let's load a Kontakt5 or an Omnisphere preset and be super really original.
This hate toward Nexus is so hypocritical.
You sound like kids going : "oh you won't let me borrow your bike ? keep it to yourself, it's a poo-bike anyway"

Its not there yet. pitchshifter. Because its not finished yet and there is no confirmation that will be. Its for Mac only.
