Imho this is an awesome tune and a great recording of a great band. Unfortunately though I do not understand your question.

 

the only thing that comes to mind that sounds somewhat similar would be:
- Omnisphere patches
- Sonivox the ladies

 

If I`m not mistaken, he is looking for a sample library with female (or other) choirs delivering "uhs ohs ahs"
which can be used on pop, rock etc. productions.

Unfortunate I haven`t come across such a library and I think it is a really missing part.

There are some out there but as such not seriously useable in a production,
think of decent attack transitions, crescendo, descendo etc. ...

I assume too challenging atm to develop properly and at the spot.

Voice of Gaia Strawberry and Bulgarian Voices also have Ahs. You just have to audition lots of vocal libraries and you'll find what you need.

 

Lol! Always the same artist/band, musictyros5. It's almost like spamming/self-promo from one of the members of the band.

Get a mic. Record "aaaah"s and "oooh"s, in normal voice and in falsetto (maybe you are referring to male falsetto as women voices?).
Dub (double-track, or more) the vocals and mix these lower in volume. Add some reverb.
