    Does anybody know this synth or know how to make it?

    Lead? It's just a supersaw, unison ~4 or 5 voices, two octaves, and pitch modulation with adsr envelope. You can create it in spire or sylenth in a few minutes.

    Try supersaw. Saws stacked over a few octaves and detune/unisoned.
    Add a dual bandpass (around the mids) in serial, to get that nasally sound. Adjust both bandpass cutoff freq to taste (I had ~800 and ~1400 Hz). Also adjust resonance to taste (I had pretty high resonance).
    Set synth to monophonic and turn up portamento/glide and turn up the amplitude release (ADSR).
    Add some 8th-note synced square tremolo (or square LFO routed to amplitude/volume) and automate on/off.

    because supersaws are basic, they are so common in modern music(trance, house, dance, etc all have them).
