Cubase 5.11 & win7 ultimate x64 Problem

    Hi Guys
    I have a problem if somebody could help me please:
    I setup Cubase 5.1 AiR & update it with 5.1.1 AiR with the dongle emulator fixed by AiR too
    On Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bits,
    Setup was ok and i didn't get any error message
    but when i tried to run Cubase 5.11 Air
    it freezes on loading the Studio Manager without any error messages
    even from windows that shows that cubase is running ok as 32 bits and did not shows that is "Not Responding"
    i tried to turn the compatibility option of cubase to run as winxp sp3
    but i still cannot fully load cubase,
    Help Please

    i don't think there is a thing sutch as cubase 5.1 64 bit??? *no*

    No it's not 64 bit but i install it on a windows 7 64 bits

    the latest AIR patch is v5.1.2
    try that first
