How to get this sound on drums and bass

    Hi guys, i'm happy to be with you here and i like this site.
    I would like to know how to get these punchy drums sound and the bass sound too.

    Begin with the very basics:
    1) Make a bassline with a lowpassed saw wave (maybe even key-tracked filter).
    2) Then make a kick out of a pitch enveloped sine wave. Add EQ and compression to taste.
