from teh manual "The LED will flash as data transfered through U2MIDI v2."
from teh manual "You can change the transfer mode or the light mode of the U2MIDI v2 by sending Sysx data from your MIDI-Sequencer software (such as: Cakewalk, Sonar, Cubase, etc.)"

    and then there are numbers like "F0 00 20 63 00 0B 00 01 F7" how am I supposed to enter through DAW (Ableton,Fl studio) ???

    F0 00 20 63 00 0B 00 01 F7 ---- Normal Mode
    F0 00 20 63 00 0B 00 02 F7 ---- Hi Speed Mode (defualt)
    F0 00 20 63 00 0B 00 03 F7 ----- No Light
    F0 00 20 63 00 0B 00 04 F7 ---- Light flash
    F0 00 20 63 00 0B 00 05 F7 ------ Light flash slowly (default)

Dunno about FL, but you can forget Ableton. Find another DAW or use an proper app. MIDI OX on PC or SysEx Librarian on mac.

They are Hexadecimal numbers, in MIDI called SYSEX. With Ableton, ClyphX might be interesting for you. It's a MIDI Remote Script:
