My name is Aditya, a final year engineering graduate from India. Just few months are left for completion of my Graduation then I've to join the company i got selected in during campus requirement process.

**3,4 Years AGO**
After watching Afrojack using FL Studio in his music video "Can't Stop Me Now" i started producing music, during the initial days it was hard to learn and produce a song.Still i learnt various technologies and parameters used for producing music. During this time, I spend a lot of time & wealth in this field, Yes that everyone over here do.

I tried hard indeed very hard for approaching a record label for a record deal, hardly there is any play on my soundcloud link, also there is no feedback or anything received ever till date from any record label.


Since, last one month i've produced nothing, actually i'm not able to come trough the dark side of me dreams. :P

Yesterday, i thought to upload all my produced original songs & remixes on YouTube, still planning for it(Need your suggestions over here too).

I don't know whether i would be in this scene or not, actually i want to be but everything we want can't be achieved, Still No Idea.

I've learnt a lot of things from this forum and yes nothing can beat Audioz ever, long live Audioz & Audiosex.

Is your motivation for music depending of commercial success?
Giving the genre, you may try to have your tracks/mixes played on the dance floor and see how it works with the public.

 

I think the best way to get your music out there is to be involved in internet radios or podcasts, pandora also helps too. Overall i think your music is good man keep going, In my opinion record labels are becoming more obsolete nowadays, the only purpose for having a record label is for them to promote your music and if that's the case then you should see what CD Baby has to offer. I forgot to mention sound cloud has these "groups" where you can upload your music, people will eventually hear it (those that are following the group). Just get your music out there don't wait for a record label *yes*

Apart from a few people who are happy enough to amuse themselves with their work most artists have an audience in mind for their work. When you start out you don't have connections. You get attention through courage and determination - you simply ask them to listen to your work just like you have here, your begining is as simple as that. You either take it with you in person (to a club, DJ, record company) or upload it and email it/phone them. There is no magic invloved. The secret to success is simple: when you have decided that your work is good enough nothing will get in your way. You develop a tunnel vision whereby all you can see is your success. No doubts. Visualise your work as successful/useable. Now, make it happen.
