With IAE-2 you can enjoy the same acqua sound quality with four times smaller latency and four times faster processing.

Features of the new Ivory IAE-2:
- Input and output gain controls
- PRE-IN button to enable/bypass the preamp stage
- Plug-in bypass
- Input trim between -24 and +24 dB ; le output level is automatically compensated with the same level of gain
- VU-meters for the input and output levels
- Q, frequency and -8 to 8 dB cut/boost controls for each of the four bands
- Low band 1 frequencies between 19 and 540 Hz
- Low band 2 frequencies between 21 and 572 Hz
- High band 1 frequencies between 617 Hz and 24 kHz
- High band 2 frequencies between 665 Hz and 27 kHz

Ivory IAE-2 will be issued in a bundle containing two versions: Mastering and Standard. The Mastering version is based on a more precise Q control at the expense of a slower band loading time.



The Ivory IAE-2 will be available in VST and AU plug-in formats for Mac OS X and Windows
It is available in pre-order for the introductory price of 143,10 € instead of 159 €, and it should be available in April

There's quite a resemblance to the T-Racks Mastering EQ...

 

And it is going to kick ANY plugin mastering EQ in the butt

 

That's because the T-Racks is copying the Sontec 430 series and the Maselec, which is the unit sampled by Acustica and named Ivory, is a Sontec 'inspired' eq.

 

On my side, with a single EQ in a mastering chain...it will kick any other butt and don't care about CPU.
You care about CPU when you use an EQ on each track. Not for mastering. I never hit the CPU wall with a mastering chain, even full of Nebula instances and heavy algos
I can't say the same mixing with Nebula

 

Still it maxes out at 27kHz.
After 3 years of searching, the only EQ capable of precise manipulation above 30kHz is GoldWave's built-in Spectrum Filter:
