* How long does the shipping process take?
Most orders will ship within 24 hours, depending on what time the order was placed. All orders are shipped via USPS and should arrive within 3-5 business days (domestic) or up to 11 days (international).

* Is it really just $25 / $30?
Yes. This includes shipping, handling, the cost of the drive, etc.

* What about very large orders, like the Impact: Everything bundle?
Same price - you'll just receive multiple drives to support your order.

* Can I order previous purchases on a USB drive?
Not at this time, but as we roll out our user account system in the near future, we would like to make this an option.

* Can I run the libraries from the drive?
For this service, we're using high-quality USB 2.0 flash drives, as opposed to cheaper USB 1.1 drives or units with low-quality parts.
That being said, while USB is fast enough to support loading samples into Kontakt, it is always better to copy the samples to an internal drive if you have the space.
