Hi guys. Is anyone using mbox 2 second generation with Cubase 7.5. I would like to know about your experiences with this one on mac osx 10.9.5, if you are using it. On my side, the midi input is not working. Thanks guys.

 

Your lucky to even have that Mbox 2 working,every one of them crap out within a yror 2 and cause nothing but headaches Sell it Quick and look for another Audio Interface
To answer your Question theres a flaw with the midi port in Cubase see article 59

 

Thanks Brother. You're right. I'm thinking about getting the UR44 of Steinberg.

 

I've had mine for 4 years still working. Just put it for sell yesterday. Don't recall any issues. Used it up to 10.9 then moved over to a Focusrite interface. If I didn't get the Focusrite for free, I'd still be using the Mbox. If you don't want to worry about drivers, I'd say look for a class compliant audio interface so you can just plug it in and use it.
