    From Boz Digital Labs:

"We have some huge exciting news about our next plugin. We've teamed up with multi-platinum producer/engineer David Bendeth (Breaking Benjamin, Paramore, amongst many others) to make a signature compressor plugin modeled from his very own hardware rack. We will spill more details soon, but we thought we'd send you a teaser shot."

I wonder if they will have another "Name the Plugin" contest.
Special 3 Month Introductory offer: $19 - After-which the price will be $5000

    @ Lyric8,

At a first glance... YES ! *yes*

And by the way, I just received the following offer via e-mail from 'Boz Digital Labs' :

Last Chance to get Imperial Delay for $59

There was a little bit of an oversight when we chose November 11 as the last day of the Imperial Delay launch sale. As it turns out, today is Veteran's Day! We think you should be spending your time with your friends and families. If you were putting off buying Imperial Delay for the last day of the sale, no need to worry.

We're extending the sale for one more day so that you can take your mind off of audio for a bit and still not miss the sale. After Wednesday, the price is going to jump up to $299.

Get it now. The price will not be this low again.

    Happy Veteran's Day.

    Today's Price: $59
    MSRP: $299

    Sale ends on November 11
    Wednesday November 12

So, if it can interest you... HURRY UP !!! *yes*

Well, he's obviously agreed to put his name on it well before it's been developed. The end result could prove to be a Very Shitty Thing (VST) and then what's he to do? I think the Boz folks might have a picture of him in a compromising position with a sheep. Maybe that's a good name for the plugin - David Bendeth Sheep Humper. Threshold, attack, ratio, release and baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhh.

That was my first thought dingus: how much is it going to be $499 with a note that reads: when Elton John needs a compressor we have a price ready. Everyone else rush, rush, rush.

Yes, because Elton has been know to throw shit fits while in the studio if there aren't any Boz plugs. "Get me an Imperial Delay immediately at any cost or I'm walking, bitches!"

 made me laugh so much lol!

Remember guys the $80,000 price tag not for you! You should be thinking thank god I getting $79,941 off! Rumours are big artist like Guetta has put in a pre order for ten copies at $80,000 as he likes to his compression & that.

He reckons the $59 dollar version on for amateurs and a dupe & won't cut it *yes*

I don't believe a word of it is all pysch bullshit to make u think u getting a deal. No serious studio gonna buy this whatever it is for 300 dollars

"Hey Elton u can use the Eventide H8000FW or BOZ Imperial eerrmm!" :wow:

    Load of nonsense

Another thing that doesn't add up to me??

    BOZ

    YET HERE

So by my guess the consumer price will be around $298 & that ordinary users are not entitled to get stuff at the sale price which is Exactly the opposite to what u-he said about sales?

Think maybe I missing the point here????

When did they drop the second "O" from their name? Shouldn't it be:

Hey bozdigitallabs, welcome to the forums.

We're just having a bit of fun, hope you don't take it to heart. Can't say I agree with the way you choose to market your plug-ins but it is your company and you have full license to approach it however you want. I wish you all the best in your future endeavors and we hope you'll stick around and become part of the community. :mates:

Oh, I know. I'd have been right there next to you if it was any other company.

I've tried a bunch of different marketing tactics. Some work for some people and not for others. Plenty of people were pissed about the price tag of this one. Most people didn't care because they knew they could get for $59 and the MSRP was irrelevant to them. In an ideal world, I'd price my plugins at $25 and let a zillion people download them. Sadly, that just doesn't work. I'd do it in a heartbeat if it did work though.

Agreed. It's all in good fun, Mr. Bozo-man! Love your plugs. Welcome, and please join in on the discussions.

Oh, and I think all here would agree that the "Bozo" pic would be a fine addition to your Facebook page! And your website. T-Shirts would be cool, too.

I'd have to check with Elton John to make sure he'd be on board. You know how he can be.
