    Noisy?
There are two kinds of players. Those that supports bit-accurate playback and those that do not.
Foobar2000 might not have the nicest GUI, but if you care for actual playback and not visuals, it's one of few to actually support bit-accurate decoding.

For Android there's also UAPP, which supports tons of formats unlike the ones you mentioned.

JRMC, Jplay err.. Winamp? The first 2 are spsd 2b "bit accurate", liek anyone cares / can notice diff. I just like teh cross fade on JRiver, simplicity of Winamp.

    I like winamp.
which by the way has bit accurate output. Give it a dts signal and let your 6chan amp decode it.
Should even work with the outdated wav renderer.
If it doesn't work, the soundcard fucked up (it's not the players fault when the hardware
resamples everything to 48khz and back or adds eq or whatever)
I would by the way totally recommend listening to windows' own 48k resample algo once.
listen to a track that is 44.1 in 48, and then in it's native sample rate.
It is 'amazing' how bad windows resamples.

ok... i get the trolling thing now.. good one...

For Video Players - MPC HC or Pot Player
Music Library Manager - Musicbee (Very powerful, much better than AIMP or Foobar or old guy Jet Audio.)

    What Else you need ?

I think it's a legit Q.. maybe badly presented. ;P Anyway I'm really interested what is your experience

Looking for a minimalistic player with a nice waveform "slider" (and essential info display). Managed to integrate it in to Foobar. But since fresh Win reinstall I don't remember how I did it (dont want to loose another couple of days due to my stupidity)

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated! :)

p.s. just installed AIMP4 - nice, /w the waveform on the top.. but it's a little "thin"
