So i heard this song

and i really liked the idea of the song i went on to youtube and couldnt really find tutorials on how to make this kind of music (other then edm) and i really dont have much idea on how edm sounds like too so i dont know what are the elements of edm too

just looking for some tutorials / playlists that go deep into this (some music playlists would be nice too lol)

You could make 100% of these sounds with stock plugins in any DAW.
It will be easier if you use Serum and Shaperbox 3.

"Slow" parts of the song are trap/cloud rap.
"Fast" parts of the track are dance/kawaii j-pop.

You should learn sound design from scratch, even from drums.
If you want to get there fast and easy with presets/drum kits, type "hologramkitscc" in youtube.

Search "How to make digicore" in youtube you'll have the closest tutorials for this type of music.
