    Scanscore should do as well.
Basically any OCR musical program should do it.

Question, i downloaded a song Sheet and the Piano Teacher of my Daughter said, it's better if it's one Octave deeper.
Could someone please check if i'm doing it right.

Thats not an octive. Thats only a note down. Also the scan is a bit different from the original missing notes at the end of the phrase.
There is no real need to do anything though - an octive down is easier to translate just by playihng down on a keyboard, or singing the same note but a lower version of it. The notes don't change in name a c remains c just 'deeper'.

By octave down, it would be just twelve notes/steps, that´s only one step/note

    No.
You transposed the melody from G maj to Bb maj (F# to Bb Eb in clef key signature).
You should leave G maj and see something like this (beside grouping notes):

That is your piece transposed of an octave, there should be an option to transpose in your score sw (choose 12 semitones down).
However I don't get the point lowering the octave if learning staff is the purpose.
If you have a short keyboard you can play one octave lower and that's all.

Yeah it's another Sheet, but same Song. Some Sheets are not scanned right by the Apps.
